When I change the download folder or group name after the nzb has already started downloading then the files that are already downloaded are not moved to the new folder.
Alt.binz also keeps par2 checking the previous folder only so the files that get downloaded to the new folder will not be checked.
Also its possible to add 2 nzbs with the same name and it will download them both to the same folder.
Maybe you could add a number like folder(2) if the folder already exists.
