If you enable the option "Pause collection when there is not enough par2 blocks to repair" Alt.Binz pauses the download if a split-file is downloaded (file is named like "filename.001", "filename.002", "filename.003" etc.).

Alt.Binz automatically merges these files as soon as they are downloaded and because after the first file ("filename.001") is downloaded only for example 100 of 1000 blocks for the final file are available and not enough par2-blocks to reconstruct those missing 900 blocks the download is stopped even though there are still files to be downloaded ("filename.002", "filename.003" etc.) that would make up for the missing blocks.
