Change for undocking

Is it possible to only minimize only the main window and leave the undocked windows visible? It is a small Change request which was asked in this thread:

I found another way to move around this issue by minimize the main windows by hand, but is it possible to save settings on exit so the next time altbinz starts it start with the same layout?

Complete layout is now saved. I'm not sure it's possibile to hide main form and show other forms

It's now also possibile to minimize only main form without minimizing undocked forms.
