Title: 0.42.0 proxy nntp connections not working correctly

Updated to 0.42.0 yesterday and there seems to be a problem with the proxy nntp connection option. I noticed yesterday for a brief moment the traffic seemed to be ignoring the proxy and today I noticed connection errors for multiple logins from 2 IP's.

It seems alt.binz for some unknown reason stopped putting connections through the proxy then a few minutes later decided to use it again and caused the usenet provider to block the connection as its was coming from a different IP.

I've tried to work out what causes this but it just seems to be random.

James, redownload 0.42.0.1 and see if that solves your problem.
