Title: Change UNRar Folder Problem in Build abz220307

When one right-clicks on a NZB to change UNRAR folder, this build initially displays the Download Folder instead.  Although it does this, it still points to the desired UNRAR folder when done.

The previous build initially showed the correct UNRAR folder.
