RSS add to queue option not overriding main settings

I have "always add to top" selected in my main settings, but when I deselect this option in the RSS tab (ie the green arrow above the rss filters), the nzb still gets added to the top. Surely these options (pause & release name settings not tested) should override the main settings? Using 39.12.

Fixed. Those icons are only for filter hits.
