Title: Shift-click on Download folder button opens program folder

Hi,

after updating to 0.37.3, Shift-click on "Download" in the toolbar should open the unrar folder. If "Unrar to a different folder" is not set in Setup > Par2 > Unrar, doing so will open the program folder instead. Shouldn't it instead open the download folder as well if files are unrared at the same place as they are downloaded to?

I know, it makes not much sense to have Shift-click do the same as regular click but maybe the tooltip could be changed accordingly then?

Fixed. It will now open download folder if unrar to different dir is not checked.
