Can anyone possibly suggest what the answer to my problem may be?The maximum download speed ever attained with alt.binz has been 210kbps(max set to 400).I regularly get 300+ with Free Download Manager(both using Easynews).If I have downloads setup in both programs and I hit 300kbps with FDM then pause the download and unpause alt.binz the speed drops by around 100kbps??????Any ideas would be gratefully received.
