Empty downloads

Hi all,
for more than a year it happens on and off that I download i.e. a film and alt.binz shows in the "Action" part a decreasing number of articles but the speed indicator shows "0 KiB/s", the "Status" is 0kB/s and nothing will be found in the download folder. Trying to find any answer to this problem was so far unsuccesfull for over a year.

As always, answer is in the log where you will see it's full of "430 article not found" errors.
