Limit on any setting grinds the program to an almost stop?

It's always done this

when i limit at 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90

it goes to a trickle? 90% is reading .53 mb/s out of 30mb/s?

25mb/s is more like 0.25?

To your maximal download speed in KB/s (kilobytes per second)
Turn off limit, double click on second panel until you get KB/s, note your maximal speed and then enter it in Setup->Connection

30Mb/s equals 3840 KB/s
