Title: optimum number of connections

I am on astraweb $10 plan. My server Exetel plan is 1500/256 Kbps.
I set my connections at 10 (pulled a number out of the air)
Watching my download speed it was about 134 180 KBps.
Which I think is OK

My Query
  Is there a optimum number of connections to use should I use all 20 to Astraweb

The short answer is: the smallest number that will max out your speed - probably 3-5 in your case, but everyone's setup is different.

1500 Mbps = 1500/8 = 187 KB/s max
