Title: scheduler confusion

Hi,

So I want it to automatically download between midnight and 6 AM (off peak hours).

I have:

• Set a maximum connection speed in Setup -> Connection -> Maximum download speed
• Made all times 12AM-6AM 100% / green.
• Made all times 6AM-12AM 0% / black.
• Googled for alt.binz scheduler and read about 10 threads and pages which don't provide me any insight into how this works.

Does turning the scheduler on, automatically make it connect and disconnect during these hours?  For some reason I find myself connecting with the scheduler on and assuming it will pause until midnight, but finding it just downloads anyway.

Yes, it will auto connect and disconnect. Scheduler table is checked and obeyed as soon as you turn on scheduler and then once every minute.

If you think it doesn't work please take a sceenshot of the set scheduler and post a detailed log file.

No, you are right, it kicks in and disconnects.  I was just confused because it connected and started downloading, and was giving up and manually disconnecting before it could do so.
