I remember this feature a couple of years ago in Newsbin, where Newsbin would read the mp3 ID3 tag and then create a separate download folder for each album/artist. I think it still has that feature, but I moved over to alt.binz a while ago.
I can't rightly remember how it worked for untagged mp3, but I think it just went into the regular download folder.
