Title: Feature so altbinz doesnt dl same rar files multiple times when autounraring.

Some times when auto unraring and "delete files after succesfull unraring" is enabled, altbinz will download the same rar files more than once.
This will sometimes double the amount of bw used.

I really don't see how this is altbinz issue. YOU imported nzb with duplicated files.

 you can simply use the "skip if file is already downloaded" feature and it won't happen... at least when i tested it, it worked fine even if the original file was only downloaded second before...
