Option to change font size and colour in UI, for accessibility if nothing else. :)

Edit: if toolbar etc. are too fiddly, font size for search results at least would be nice, a la Newsleecher. ;)

Agreed, I believe a different font would go a long way.

Especially coupled with the prettier icons.
