Title: Make split files obey 'unrar folder' when joined

I'm very thankful for that Alt.Binz now automatically joins split files, but it would be nice if you could designate the location to place the resulting file like you can when unraring.

Joined file will be moved to unrar folder (introduced in 0.38.2)

Oh, thank you, I'll need to test this. I didn't see it mentioned in the changelog.
