Hi RDL,
Newzleech now indexes up to 200d, using the web interface I verified you can search back that far, but the max date fields in the dropdowns v26.9 are 150/160d. Can you please update to 190/200?

...and also, the "sort results by" field doesn't seem to work when searching using the age fields.
It might be a limitation that Newzleech doesn't return fully sorted results when doing a date-range search, so obviously alt.binz can't sort the entire search, and that's fine; but it would be nice if at least alt.binz would do the equivalent of clicking the column heading 2x for whatever field is selected on each page of search results. That's what I do manually, I like the results of each page sorted by subject normally, it makes it much easier to quickly scan the page and then click next and repeat as many times as necessary. This would basically save me 2 mouse clicks every page.
The default way they are returned from Newzleech is by ascending date for each page, and trying to read by subject is usually a slow process because it's an unsorted mess.

... and (finally, I'm sorry, should have collected all of my thoughts at once) - the Newzleech web page allows me to set a preference to display up to 150 results at a time - atl.binz only returns 60 per page - can the web page's behavior be emulated and let me see 150 at a time in alt.binz too?

Could you please increase it to 320 days, which is the newzleech.com drop down list maximum.
