Title: Search 'Download queue'
Post by: Console Cowboy on November 18, 2009, 11:59:57 pm
I'd like a feature added to allow me to search the 'Download queue' for a particular entry.  I run with a LARGE queue (currently over 250 entries queued) and it can be cumbersome to locate an entry in the middle of the queue.  My current approach is to sort the NZB folder by name, locate the filename of interest and from it's 'last modified date' figure out the approximate age in days and then do a linear visual search of like age entries in the AltBinz 'Download queue' tab.

An alternate approach would be to present an alphabetically sorted copy of the queue (don't (re-)sort the real queue, but rather a copy of it) and use that sorted list to link to the queue entry.

This is not a biggie for me, but it would make the detecting or avoiding duplicate entries much easier.

Thanks for 'listening'.

Filters!

Thanks - it works great (shame on me for ignoring it all this time) [ and now I understand the previously cryptic hint about expanding first ]
