Title: Stop downloads when finish current ...
Post by: chory on August 26, 2010, 03:29:47 pm
article or file.
Sometimes it may be necessary for users to stop downloading (to release the line, to use another program that needs more bandwidth, or simply to turn off the computer), and I think it could be more logical to stop the download at the end of downloading a file, to leave half.

Could you perhaps expand a bit what you mean by this request, what 'stop' means in this context, why this feature is needed, etc.

Pausing waits until the current articles are finished.  If you mean when a whole collection is finished, then you can pause everything in the queue after that one (select & Ctrl+p).  Not quite what you want, I think, but close enough.
