Title: Throttle X% for Xmins button

Would love a button to quick throttle downloads for a certain period to a certain percentage of max speed - for eg, throttle to 50% speed for the next 60mins :)

Preferred to having to go into settings and change the connection speed manually each time

sorry, ignore this, totally missed the fact u can do it direct from the bottom toolbar bandwidth setting :)
