search string suggestions based on search history does not work in ver 38.0

Hi

In 37.4 and earlier one would get 'suggestions' for completing
a search string (based on search texts in search history).

I liked that feature and was sorry to see, that this seem not
to be available in ver 38.0.

Intended or by accident ?
