RSS Feed AGE

I am using the RSS feature, but I am finding that sometime poster are re-uploading old episodes, how can I set the RSS feed to only download something if it meets my filters and the age it not older than 1day

The age I am reffering to is the same one on the colum you can see from the rss feed tab.

1.) the age u are refering to wouldn't help u avoid the re-uploaded old episodes, because they are in fact new posts
2.) filtering by age or group or size should be done at the site where u get ur feed from...
