Strange attitude of moderators here...

Hi!

Why is it, that the moderators here (especially Hecks and rdl) seem to have a strange attitude towards other people in this forum? From my own experience and from reading many threads here, I often see, that they tend to insult or shut up people that are trying to suggest good enhancements for Alt.Binz. Just because they don't like something, they will immediately stop any discussion about it without giving other people the opportunity to react.

Recently one of my suggestions was simply commented with "unreasonable" and I was called "unprofessional" and when I tried to defend myself, Hecks even called me an "idiot". They obviously didn't even understand my suggestion (or why it could be helpful for many users) and they didn't even make an effort to ask other people if they'd like to see this feature in a future version. Instead, they thought it's enough to insult me and to close the thread.

Really great attitude! We are dealing with fine people here, as it seems...

I'll probably be banned now, because this seems to be the only way Hecks and rdl can deal with criticism, but still I want to point out to everybody here to observe the tone that comes from the moderators in this forum towards the normal users and even contributors. That's really a pity, because the product is good, but participating in discussions how to improve it is a horrible experience...

And the saga continues.

Hello! I've donated more than 24 hours ago, I mentioned my forum name "PCGuru" in the comments box on the PayPal form and still I can't access the latest version of the program. How long will I need to wait?
