Can you share connections?

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to share connections with other people. Me and my friend want to split up our 10 connections from giganews. Is it possible to share connections and download from 2 different computers at the same time?

I made another post about this a few hours ago but its gone, sorry if im not allowed to ask this or something, but i dont see any rules against it.

Two IPs on giga are not allowed. This question has nothing to do with Alt.Binz and doesn't belong here.
