Just read the Changelog.tx file
0.24.5
------
* few bugs introduced in previous version
+ first version of language file (in order to change language put appropriate file in ..\misc\ dir
  (for english no need to do that)

sorry i had downloaded version 0.24.2
now ik have download 0.24.6 an the language is oke
