Is there a way to gift Alt.Binz?

I've been using Alt.Binz for what feels like decades now and showed the free version of it to my my good friend about 5 years ago now. He's fallen on some hard times last year and recently switched providers and can't SSL to the new one with the free version. I'd like to gift him a copy of the contributed version, is there a way to do it?  Can I just create him and Gmail email and then enter in that email with my PayPal?

You can open up new forum account for him and then mention that account in paypal. Just make sure he is familiar with the rules.
