Scheduler problem - I think

I am trying to figure out how the scheduler exactly work but when I am trying to use it, it look like it doesn't do what it suposes to do.

I presume you've set when not to download and pressed OK in setup. Give it up to a minute for scheduler to kicks in. Just tested and it works.
