Slow speeds

I've noticed slower speeds in alt.binz versus grabit. 200kBps versus ~450kBps.  I use 5mbps roadrunner cable so something is wrong here.  i've checked my server settings and they look good.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or other configurations that might not be tweaked correctly?  thanks

In the servers options (in Setup), what number have you entered under "Number of connections"? If you haven't done so, try increasing this number, say, to 5 or 6. If you only use 1 connection, download speeds are usually low.
