Default Pause Time Option
« on: January 26, 2013, 07:28:20 AM »
Hi,

Love the program, great work! Just a simple request, an option to change the pause button to always pause for a set time, then resume downloads. My wife pauses the downloads for whatever reason (not using the "pause for xx minutes" option) and always forgets to unpause. It would be good if I could set it for say 30 minutes so whenever she hits the main pause button, it will always resume .

That is very unusual and specific request which I doubt will be of any use anyone else. So, you'll have to improvise. You could turn on scheduler(you have option to turn it on at startup) which will override pause button within a minute and then hide scheduler button! :)

Or you could set in windows scheduler something like this "altbinz.exe /unpause" to be executed every 30min...

RDL,

That was brilliant! Totally didn't need to add that to the program, the windows task scheduler does it perfectly, set a timer for every 30 minutes to unpause, perfect!

            Thanks mate!
