Download history "live"
« on: September 21, 2007, 07:40:58 AM »
At the moment download history is used at the importing of NZB. Could it be done real time after every single file is downloaded as options even it would cause slowdown - next file in the queue must be first checked if has been already downloaded.

WHY?

Here is output of newzleech output:

 #a.b.mm@EFNet - Req 36591 - Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV - 35/35 - damages.108.dsr.xvid.notv-sample.avi 6.4 MB   1     100 2.1d a.b.tv
 #a.b.mm@EFNet - Req 36591 - Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV - 01/35 - damages.108.dsr.xvid.notv.nfo  362.7 MB   27     100 2.1d a.b.multimedia
 #a.b.mm@EFNet - Req 36591 - Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV - 00/35 - Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV.nzb 39.0 MB   8     100 2.1d a.b.multimedia
 #altbinaries.tv presents: Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV [08/34] - "damages.108.dsr.xvid.notv.nfo" yEnc   362.1 MB   27     100 2.1d a.b.multimedia
 #altbinaries.tv presents: Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV [02/34] - "Damages.S01E08.DSR.XviD-NoTV.vol00+01.par2" yEnc

When I have learn my paretns to add stuff in Abz to queue, they always only look for rls name, then don't look if these two are duplicates -  #a.b.mm@EFNet and #altbinaries.tv presents. So they always dl same stuff at least two times :-) This download history would help in that way that after every file is downloaded, duplicate won't be downloaded. Even if this is CPU cosuming and slowdowning download I would like this option.
Very simply - ABZ ROX!
