Please make search (filter) on download queue search nzb name as well as it does

Please make search (filter) on download queue search nzb name as well as file names under nzb.

Now filter is much less useful as it can not filter properly as we have filenames like this:
"ZJHGhdjkyh487935y4309.20" etc.

Thank you! Didn't notice after + and - there are additional options for search
