Speedbar in System Tray

Is it possible to add a speedbar to the tray icon (similar to NL), maybe as an available option if it is shown or not, because it is easier just to have a look on the tray then moving the mouse over the icon and see the speed.

In the User Interface options, this is an option called Invert ETA/speed and alt.binz version info. When you select this, in the taskbar it appears as Speed - ETA, without moving your mouse etc.

I'm talking about the system tray, not the taskbar.
